Salon Policy

• Gift certificates are non-refundable & expire within six months of purchase date.
• Gift certificates may be presented for payment on services only.
• Sorry NO CASH refunds.
• Please remember to bring your gift certificate with you, otherwise another form of payment will be requested.
• Salon appointments consisting of three or more services must be reserved with a Master/Visa Card.
• Gratuity not included in pricing
• Please advise our staff of any allergies or sensitivities you may have.
• All sales are FINAL NO REFUNDS.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.

Cancellation Policy

• A 24 hour cancellation notice is required. If you are unable to keep your appointment, you will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the service prices consisting of three or more services.

Cellular Phones

• To create a more enjoyable experience for all our guests, please turn your cellular pone ringer to silent or vibrate while in the Salon.
